The KuriCrimp Industrial Hose Crimp Calculator provides the appropriate crimp diameter based on your hose and fitting dimensions. Enter your measurements in inches, and results will be provided in both inches and millimeters. It is highly suggested to use KOA Couplings and Ferrules, as they are specially designed to work together with Kuri Tec®, Tigerflex™ and Alfagomma® Industrial hose.

Crimp Diameter Formula = Hose OD - Hose ID + Shank OD + (2 x Ferrule/Sleeve Wall Thickness) + [ ( - Compression Percentage) x Hose OD - Hose ID) /100]
Important Note:
Crimp diameter calculation instructions and compression percentages are only to be used as a guide. Hydrostatic pressure testing of all assemblies is highly recommended to assure maximum performance.
